Using the Aivron AI Assistant

Quick-Start Guide

  1. Ask Clearly

    Phrase your request in plain language. The clearer the question, the more precise the answer.

  2. Give Context

    Include background, code snippets, or constraints up-front so the assistant can tailor its response.

  3. Review & Refine

    Read the reply, then tell the assistant what helps (or doesn't) and ask follow-up questions—iteration is normal.

  4. Stay Secure

    Your prompts are processed securely and never shared outside Aivron. Avoid posting sensitive personal data, just as you would on any online form.

  5. We're Here to Help

    If you get stuck or notice something off, let us know—our goal is to make the assistant as useful and reassuring as possible.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No Refunds: All purchases—including plan upgrades and one-off point top-ups—are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed.

• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel a recurring plan whenever you like. The plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made.

• Usage-Based Billing: Charges are calculated from the actual model output tokens or images generated, rounded to the nearest billing increment. See your account → Usage for exact figures.
